PR Right Now, Inc. shall keep all communication with the client and any materials produced confidential, and will not publish the materials unless express permission is granted. All projects are quoted on one draft and one revision – if additional work is required, client will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $90 per hour or fraction thereof. Payment in full is required on submission of the project request.

The client hereby states that all information provided to PR Right Now, Inc. for this project is correct and accurate. Client accepts responsibility for final proofing of all materials, including dates, names, figures and all copy, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PR Right Now, Inc., its staff and contractors, for any errors or legal actions that may arise from this project. Client agrees that all information provided is free of any copyright considerations. Client further agrees that this project is not being produced as a work for hire under U.S. copyright law. Client may use the material produced for its agreed purpose only. Client understands that PR Right Now, Inc. is the sole copyright holder with all rights reserved and that the production of any derivative works is prohibited unless agreed to in writing. Starting a project means that the client accepts the stated terms and conditions.
